No fees implemented in fatal capturing at Antioch auto store

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Detectives with the Metropolitan Nashville Police Division are investigating self-defense claims after a person was once shot lifeless at an oil trade provider station in Antioch overdue Wednesday night time.

Smith driven the person into the motive force’s seat of his Chrysler 300 and was once strolling away when Johnson grabbed a gun from throughout the Chrysler and began firing. Smith was once hit within the arm and the hip.

Upon seeing this, Key fired one shot at Johnson, putting him within the head, police mentioned. He died on the scene. Smith was once transported to the health center and is in solid situation.

Police reported the person’s gun was once taken from the scene by means of an unidentified guy after the capturing. Someone spotting the person is requested to name Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463.

The self-defense claims are being investigated and no fees had been filed.
