Nonprofit to host Black-owned trade boot camp in Grand Rapids

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A Houston-based nonprofit designed to carry and equip Black-owned companies is bringing its fall programming to towns round the US, together with Grand Rapids.

B3 Elevation— Branding and Construction Black-Owned Companies— objectives to empower Black marketers with strategic steering, complete coaching and grant investment.

The autumn program is a ten-week boot camp that that specialize in 4 core spaces:

  • Creditworthiness— credit score ranking and endeavor expansion
  • Virtual presence— internet, social media and PR
  • Industry certifications— Minority Industry Undertaking (MBE)
  • Coverage from felony fallout— from growing trade contracts to hiring staff
