The Washington Nationals positioned outfielder Stone Garrett at the 10-day injured record Thursday because of a fractured left fibula.
Garrett used to be carted off the sector within the 8th inning of the Nationals‘ 9-1 loss to the host New York Yankees.
He used to be injured when his leg slammed into the wall in proper box whilst he used to be looking to rob DJ LeMahieu’s homer.

Downs, 25, batted .400 (2-for-5) with 4 walks, 4 runs, one RBI and two steals in six video games with the Nationals previous this season.
