Douglass Wins 100 Unfastened, 3 Cavaliers Qualify for Global Championships – Virginia Cavaliers Legit Athletic Web page


INDIANAPOLIS – Kate Douglass crowned a box that incorporated 10 Olympic medals as she gained the United States Phillips 66 Nationwide Championship within the 100-meter freestyle on Tuesday evening on the Indiana College Natatorium.

IN PRELIMS

  • Emerging senior Sam Baron completed forty seventh within the girls’s 200-meter butterfly with a time of two:19.78.
  • Emerging sophomore Sebastien Sergile used to be forty second within the males’s 200-meter butterfly with a time of two:01.99.
  • Within the girls’s 100-meter freestyle, emerging junior Reilly Tiltmann used to be fortieth in 55.86, emerging sophomore Zoe Skirboll used to be sixty fifth in 56.92, emerging sophomore Carly Novelline used to be 68th in 57.05 and UVA alum Paige Madden used to be seventieth in 57.93.
  • Emerging junior Connor Boyle completed fifty fifth within the males’s 100-meter freestyle (50.77).
  • UVA alum Leah Smith completed fourth within the girls’s 800-meter freestyle (8:21.88). Emerging sophomore Sophia Knapp used to be twenty fourth with a time of 8:44.07.
