Syracuse quarterback Kyle McCord will claim for the NFL Draft after main the country with 4,779 yards, ESPN reported Friday.
A senior this previous season, McCord broke DeShaun Watson’s ACC file for passing yards in a season. The previous Ohio State starter performed only one season with the Orange.
McCord were looking for an NCAA eligibility waiver for another season after he was once restricted to 5 video games as a freshman for Ohio State in 2021 however has now dropped that pursuit.
Whilst main Syracuse to a 10-3 file and a victory within the Vacation Bowl over Washington State, McCord was once fourth within the country with 35 passing touchdowns.
McCord helped Ohio State to an 11-2 file in 2023 with 3,170 passing yards and 24 TDs. In 4 seasons, 3 with Ohio State, he handed for 8,555 yards with 61 touchdowns and 20 interceptions.
