The Miami Marlins decided on the contract of right-hander Adam Oller from Triple-A Jacksonville on Monday and designated infielder Emmanuel Rivera for project.
Oller is predicted to get the beginning for the Marlins towards the Arizona Diamondbacks on Monday. Rivera’s DFA spread out a place at the 40-man roster in addition to the energetic roster.
The Marlins additionally optioned RHP George Soriano to Jacksonville and recalled INF/OF Connor Norby.
