A person died from warmth publicity in triple-digit temperatures whilst at Loss of life Valley Nationwide Park in California.
In step with the Nationwide Park Carrier (NPS), 57-year-old Peter Hayes Robino, of Los Angeles, drove his automotive off a 20-foot embankment on Aug. 1.
Bystanders instructed native government that they noticed Robino stumbling against his automotive previous to the incident. Park officers stated that the witnesses presented to assist him, however he declined. They stated his responses didn’t make sense.

A bystander promptly name 911 after witnessing the incident and any other went down the embankment and helped Robino out of the crashed automobile.
NPS emergency responders won the 911 name at 3:50 pm and arrived at 4:10.Â

The bystanders stated Robino was once respiring till simply ahead of the park rangers arrived.Â
NPS EMTs began CPR and moved Robino into the air-conditioned ambulance. Robino was once declared lifeless at 4:42.

A next post-mortem performed via the Inyo County Coroner published that Robino died of hyperthermia.

The NPS stated that the nationwide park was once 119°F that afternoon.

Park rangers in Loss of life Valley Nationwide Park advise that summer time guests:
