The Carolina Hurricanes locked up defenseman and two-time Girl Byng winner Jaccob Slavin on an eight-year contract extension price $51.69 million.
The staff introduced Monday that the extension starts with the 2025-26 season and can stay Slavin in Raleigh, N.C., throughout the 2032-33 season.
