An inmate who escaped from a jail in Western Pennsylvania in early December has been captured after government discovered him leaving a Planet Health in Philadelphia.
Isaiah Robert Tilghman, 33, used to be taken into custody Friday within the 3300 block of Aramingo Road in Philadelphia, the U.S. Marshals Carrier Philadelphia stated.
Tilghman had escaped from the Blair County Jail on Dec. 3 after he used to be arrested on drug fees and parole violations. After his break out, Tilghman stole a purple 2011 Ford F-150.
