Florida girl, roommate struggle off would-be sexual attack: deputies

A Florida guy is in custody after allegedly seeking to drive his manner into a lady’s condominium and making an attempt to sexually attack her.

Xavier Mendez, 31, was once arrested Wednesday in connection to the Nov. 26 incident, the Orange County Sheriff’s Administrative center mentioned. 

“In a while after 10 p.m., Mendez allegedly entered a lady’s condominium as she was once getting house from grabbing a chew to devour, threw her on a chair, onto the ground and tried to take away her shorts,” deputies informed FOX 35 Orlando. 

The girl reportedly fended off the suspect via kicking at him whilst yelling. Her roommate then got here out of a room with a couple of scissors and helped chase Mendez away, the native station reported.
