California sheriff sergeant shot in fuel station firefight

A San Bernardo County Sheriff’s sergeant used to be shot two times Friday afternoon following a perilous shootout with a suspect at a fuel station in Victorville, California, government showed. 

The 16-year veteran used to be shot in his thigh and shin and is anticipated to continue to exist.

The suspect started firing on the sergeant after officers replied to the scene over stories of a person threatening a lady with a gun.
