Leigha Kissinger, 14, raced her 4-year-old sister to protection previous this week, when a person entered their house wearing a shotgun in an incident stuck on surveillance video.
“I roughly simply grabbed [my sister] and took her to my room simply to stay us each protected and I locked my door,” Kissinger, who lives in Marion County, Florida, informed FOX 35.
Kissinger appeared out the window anticipating to look her grandmother when a person with a gun knocked on their door.
After the sisters, who have been house on my own, ran to Kissinger’s room, surveillance video displays the person, who used to be later recognized as a neighbor, input the house and stroll round wearing the shotgun.

Kissinger stated he used to be scared off by way of the circle of relatives canine who will also be observed barking within the video.

Kissinger phoned her mom whilst she and her sister have been hiding.
Deputies arrived on the scene in a while after, telling the person to “drop the shotgun.”
