A Minnesota guy has been charged with manslaughter and kid endangerment after a 4-year-old boy picked up the person’s handgun and unintentionally shot and killed his 2-year-old brother.
Colton Mammenga, 33, of the southern Minnesota the city of Welcome, used to be charged Thursday, the Minneapolis Megastar Tribune reported.
