The Boston Bruins signed veteran ahead Danton Heinen to a pro tryout settlement on Tuesday.
Heinen, 28, broke into the NHL with the Bruins in 2016 when they decided on him within the fourth spherical of the 2014 draft.
Heinen went directly to play for Boston (2016-20), the Anaheim Geese (2020-21) and the Pittsburgh Penguins (2021-23). He had a career-high 18 targets for Pittsburgh in 2021-22 and 22 issues (8 targets, 14 assists) in 65 video games closing 12 months, however he was once no longer re-signed.
Heinen has 176 profession issues (70 targets, 106 assists) over 413 video games within the NHL.
