26-year-old Washington guy pleads no longer accountable to homicide in reference to road-rage capturing

A 26-year-old guy pleaded no longer accountable to a homicide fee on Wednesday in reference to a road-rage capturing Monday in Washington state.

Mark Keith Smith of Burien was once to start with charged with attack in Kitsap County Awesome Court docket after the war of words west of Seattle in Gorst. Prosecutors filed a second-degree homicide fee in opposition to Smith on Wednesday after 68-year-old Patrick Weems died at a health facility.
