CHICO, Calif. — Chico Police arrested a suspect, Gerald Deerman AKA Bailey, in connection with two armed robberies at a business on the 1000 block of Nord Avenue.
According to the COD, Deerman AKA Bailey is suspected of robbing the business twice on July 16 and 17, and allegedly threatened the clerk with a weapon in both incidents,.
Minutes after the second crime was reported on July 17, officers responded and couldn’t find the suspect. Almost 5 hours later, Gerald Deerman AKA Bailey was spotted by an officer along the 1100 block of Nord Avenue. and identified as the suspect.
