Firestone wins Town Collection All-Sports activities Trophy for 2nd 12 months in a row


The Town Collection All-Sports activities Trophy is closing at Firestone for a 2nd 12 months in a row.

Akron Public Faculties Athletic Director Joe Vassalotti introduced that Firestone earned the trophy for the 2022-2023 faculty 12 months.

Ellet completed 2nd and Buchtel 3rd. North completed fourth, East used to be 5th and Garfield used to be 6th.

Firestone boys groups gained Town Collection regular-season championships in go nation, wrestling, tennis and observe and box. The Falcons earned boys league postseason titles in go nation, wrestling, tennis, observe and box and baseball.

Firestone women groups gained Town Collection regular-season and postseason championships in go nation, volleyball and observe and box.
