Hagerstown, MD (June 12, 2023) – The Board of County Commissioners of Washington County, MD, has allotted $5,000,000 of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) investment to enforce the Small Industry Affect Grant. Grants of as much as $25,000 shall be awarded. The Washington County Division of Industry and Financial Building will administer the Small Industry Affect Grant program.
